Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: UPS shipping times and costs vary based on the location of the delivery address. We offer free UPS ground shipping on all domestic orders over $100.
Q: I just placed an order for an item listed as pre-order, what now?
A: Pre-orders can take anywhere from 3 to 4 weeks to ship, depending on the item. We ship pre-orders immediately after receiving our restock to our fulfillment center. If you have questions pertaining to your specific pre-order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, we are happy to provide our most up to date shipment estimates.
Q: Do you ship partial orders?
A: For domestic orders, yes! If your order includes an item listed as pre-order, we will ship out the items we currently have in stock beforehand. For international shipping, we will wait and ship the entire order together once we receive our restock. This is to ensure you receive your entire order, and there are no issues with customs regulations.
Q: Why aren’t all sizes available to pre-order?
A: We receive our inventory restocks in limited quantities and they sell fast! We announce all restocks via our newsletter and on our instagram!
Q: Why isn’t my discount code working?
A: The most common reason your discount code is not working is that you’ve selected items within our bundler widget. Bundle pricing acts as its own discount and discounts cannot be combined. If this isn’t the case, feel free to reach out to us at email@example.com and we’ll help you troubleshoot.
Q: Are your styles true to size?
A: Most of our styles are true to size. If they run large or small it will be noted on the product description. We also have a size guide available here.
Q: How can I return an item?

Q: How can I exchange an item?
A: Simply request a return for the item you do not want and then repurchase the new item at your convenience. Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date. You can find all the details about returns here.
