Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process and ship your order. Once your item has left our facility, you will receive an automatic email with your tracking information. Our fulfillment center is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays, therefore orders are not processed or shipped during those times.
Belen is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you do not receive your item, you will need to file a claim with UPS. Once you have done so, please contact us to let us know and we will take it from there.
All orders are shipped via UPS. Shipping times and rates are calculated by UPS and based on the delivery location of the item.
We are happy to offer worldwide shipping via UPS, although we are unable to control taxes and customs fees you may incur when receiving an international package. If a package is sent back to us due to no one claiming it from customs, we will not issue a refund for any shipping costs.
Please be aware that during the holidays shipping couriers may experience delays. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Returns must be requested and received within 14 days of your order's delivery date. To submit a return request, please email us at email@example.com with your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for your return request.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our sanitary requirements. Items must be returned to us in new condition. The item must be unworn, unwashed, with no stains of any kind and the tags must be attached. If there are any signs of wear or stains (makeup, deodorant, tanning products, etc.) the item will not be accepted.
TRY ON TIPS:
- If possible, try on your new piece without makeup or tanning products.
- For white tops, cover your face with an old tee shirt and slip the top on over it. This will prevent any makeup transfer.
- If you get a little deodorant on your top, rub a velvet hanger on the spot and it should lift the stain.
Approved items purchased at a discounted rate are eligible for store credit only. This includes all flash sale discounts and sale items, unless they are marked final sale. Approved items purchased at regular pricing are eligible for a full refund to the original form of payment. Custom pieces and items marked final sale are not eligible for store credit or refunds. Once we have received your returned item, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
We are unable to process returns for international orders due to customs regulations
To exchange an item, please return the item you wish to exchange and place a new order.
Gift cards cannot be refunded or returned.
