SHIPPING

Please allow 3-7 business days for us to process and ship your order. Once your item has left our facility, you will receive an automatic email with your tracking information. Our fulfillment center is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays, therefore orders are not processed or shipped during those times.

Belen is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

All orders are shipped via UPS. Shipping times and rates are calculated by UPS and based on the delivery location of the item.

We are happy to offer worldwide shipping via UPS, although we are unable to control taxes and customs fees you may incur when receiving an international package. If a package is sent back to us due to no one claiming it from customs, we will not issue a refund.

Please be aware that during the holidays shipping couriers may experience delays. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

ROUTE

Route is available for purchase at checkout to protect your parcel against loss, theft and damage. Claims need to filed directly through to Route. If Route is declined at checkout, Belen is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen parcels.

RETURNS

Returns must be received within 14 days of your order's delivery date. To submit a return request, click here.

We do not issue return labels, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our sanitary requirements. Items must be returned to us in new condition. The item must be unworn, unwashed, with no stains of any kind and the tags must be attached. If there are any signs of wear or stains (makeup, deodorant, tanning products, etc.) the item will not be accepted.

Items purchased during flash sales are final sale.

We do not process price adjustments. In order to be eligible for discounts, the order must be placed during the sale dates with the discount code applied (if applicable), no exceptions.

Approved items purchased at a discounted rate are eligible for store credit only. Approved items purchased at regular pricing are eligible for a full refund to the original form of payment. Final sale items are not eligible for store credit or refunds. Once we have received your returned item, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.

EXCHANGES

To exchange an item, please return the item you wish to exchange and place a new order.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards cannot be refunded or returned.
